Episode #14 – A Modern Renaissance with Weimar

So why would a British Art Rock band take the name of a village in Germany, and what does that have to do with a modern Renaissance? Quite a bit as it turns out. Aidan Cross, front man for Weimar, explains the story behind the name during my interview with him. And, as someone who has studies this particular period in history quite extensively, I was surprised that I was completely unaware of this phenomenon. No spoilers, you have to listen for yourself, I wouldn’t do the story justice.

Aidan and I had a fun chat. He is a multi-talented guy. Not only a musician, but also an actor and a writer. Just goes to show, a true creative is always creating.

I hope you enjoy. I will be featuring these guys in the Indie Artist Spotlight segment soon as well, so be on the lookout for that, but go check them out on their website and Spotify until then. All their links are listed below.

You can find the guys of Weimar at the links below. I suggest you check them out.
